   This one is long overdue.  RFK Stadium was built in the early '70's as a baseball only ballpark.  The reason why the last D.C. franchise moved to Texas was because a popular A.L. team--the Orioles--played 45 miles away.  With the Nats in the N.L., baseball should have no trouble surviving in our nations capital.
