I don't know... in today's league, 4.01 isn't all that bad... he was under 4.0 the year before... and his WHIP last year was about 1.25.

If I were the owner of the Phillies, I wouldn't pay him $11 million, but I think Millwood definitely has good stuff.

With this 1-year contract, I think he's one of my Top 15 pitching choices.
