  Palmeiro in March '05 testifying in front of the House Judiciary Committee:  "I have never used steroids, period. NEVER".

   Palmeiro in Aug. '05:  "I have never INTENTIONALLY used steriods".
   
    Do I detect a pattern here?  In retrospect, Jose Canseco was the one with the most credibility on that panel, which tells you something about how the state of affairs for baseball were so rampant and out of control in recent years.
