Federal Grand Jury Subpoenas MLB's Steroid Test Results From Last Year

The underlying case is against a nutritional supplements lab that is accused of providing the steroid THG to athletes.



Athletes were identified by numbers that could easily reveal who tested positive.  Over 5% of those tested last year were positive, according to this article.
