Red Sox file suit in effort to keep 2004 World Series "final out" ball

Sort of dirty tricks on the part of the Sox... Mientkiewicz loaned the ball over to them... it was in his possession.



Morally (especially as a baseball fan), I feel Mientkiewicz should just give the ball up.



BUT, I don't think the Sox played fair in the manner in which they have gained present possesion of the ball.



Now, a judge will decide.  And, I hope the judge sides with Doug.
