   Grady Little is not a bad pick for Skipper, but I would've preferred someone from the Dodger organization.  The problem before was in the front office, not the manager, that's why it was unnecessary to let Jim Tracy go.  With a promising new GM and manager, the Dodgers now need a type of quality player that has the qualities of leadership in the clubhouse.  Jeff Kent has never been particularly good at that sort of thing.
