     According to the Baltimore Sun, the Orioles are open to trade offers for Miguel Tejada, but they are trying to persuade him to stay with the team.  If he's totally unhappy with the team, then a trade should be done soon.  There's only a small handful of players in MLB who are better trade bait than Tejada.
