Mariners Close To Signing Jarrod Washburn

     This weekend, the Seattle Mariners are expected to sign Angel free-agent, Jarrod Washburn to a four-year deal worth between $25-30 million.  This is a great move by Seattle.  Washburn has been finally living up to his potential during the last few years and is one of the best left-handed pitchers in the game today.  He'll fit right in with a very young Mariner rotation, minus that senior citizen, Jamie Moyer, of course.  Watch Washburn become a future contender for the Cy Young Award.
