Brett Tomko Agrees to A Two-Year Deal with The Dodgers for $8.7million

     This isn't one of the Dodgers best moves during the off-season.  Tomko is usually a sluggish, inconsistent pitcher and is not always a guy you can count on when the game is on the line.  But, he does have a career ERA of 2.93 at Dodger Stadium, so moving to Chavez Ravine might do him some good.  The Dodgers are still looking for another starter to fill their final spot.  Can you say Jon Garland?
