   Finally, someone who actually admits taking steroids after getting suspended.  I actually admire Lawton's courage for coming forward.  From what he's said, it sounds like he's taking responsibility for what he did.

   By contrast, this is what a coward does:
   Rafael Palmeiro testifying in front of the House Judiciary Committee in March of 2005:  "I have never used steroids, period... NEVER..."
   Rafael Palmeiro in August after his suspension:  "I have never INTENTIONALLY used steroids."
