     An athlete should always think twice before he/she claims to not be a role model because what they do can be reflected upon their own children.  Hopefully, Steve Howe's kid will learn from his old man's mistakes and not repeat them from now on.
     Sidenote:  It still boggles my mind that Howe was given a zillion chances to come back to baseball, while Pete Rose never received a second chance.
