I was not aware that Furcal had knee problems. I can't remember him having any knee problems when he played for the Braves. That will be a pretty big blow to the Dodger line up. It is a good thing the Dodgers kept Izturis around. Or is Izturis not there anymore. Last I heard, he was still there. I'm not saying Izturis is as good as Furcal. I don't believe he has Furcal's deceptine power at the plate, but Izturis still isn't a bad player.
