     The new owner, Bob Castellini seems very serious on putting out a winner.  Unlike the previous owner, Carl Lindner, he seems like a hands-on guy and has his own office at Great American Ballpark.  Without a salary cap, it will be difficult for the Reds to fill in their holes in the pitcher spot, but I admire the produce man's guts in giving it a try.
