Jeff Weaver is in discussions to sign with Cleveland

     Other than Roger Clemens, all of the top notch free-agent pitchers have been signed, so the best Cleveland can do at the moment is to acquire Weaver and hope he has another career year.  After losing Coco Crisp, the Indians may have a tough season ahead of them.
