Future looks bright for Verlander

Tiger's fans have to love all the positive reports on Verlander thus far.  I continue to be cautiously optimistic about his future.  Dombrowski must think he will be really good since he was not willing to trade Verlander to get Josh Beckett.  At the time I thought they should have made the move for a proven power pitcer, but there can be no looking back for 06 and beyond.  What are other people's opinion on Dombrowski's decision not to trade Verlander for Beckett and Lowell?
