True, he won a ring in Florida with a powerful lineup, but during his days in Pittsburgh, his teams were always overachievers. The Bucs had a few good players, such as the Pre-Juiced up Bonds, Andy Van Slyke, and Doug Drabek, but the rest of the team was medicre at best.
