Another great free agent signing by the Tigers.  Troy only cost them a little over a million dollars per save.  At least they should be able to claim the insurance policy on him.  I hope they have better luck this year with another elderly closer.  Percival did have a great career and I am sad his health did not allow him to contribute to the Tigers.  I also didn't realize Troy came from the same school that produced the great Baseball Geek.  This is a sad day for the Reedster.
