     If you'll refer back to the Podcast #1 (recorded in early January), Reedster and FamilyMan said Hermida is the top rookie to look out for.  Most people hadn't even heard of the guy yet.  There's actually a lot of great rookies out there this season, including Kenji Johjima, Prince Fielder, and Conor Jackson, among others.
