Tendonitis could keep Puerto Rico's Carlos Delgado out of first WBC game against Panama

     No worries, Puerto Rico fans...  Even if Delgado misses the first game, the Puerto Ricans still have decent talent with Pudge Rodriguez and Javy Lopez, among others.  They should have no trouble competing against Panama.
