Ron Terwilliger, Pres. and CEO of Trammell Crow Residential (one of the largest developers of apts. & condos in the country), is the leading candidate to buy the Braves from Time Warner

     The chances of the Braves continuing the streak of 14 consecutive division titles is very slim this year with all the rebuilding by the Mets during the offseason.  Time Warner most likely wants to get out while they're still on top.
