     Nice try by Ba-Bo, but it looks like he's going to be exposed for the total fraud he is once and for all.  Obviously, he can't sue for libel because the authors depended mostly on Bonds' own grand jury testimony, not just his ex-girlfriend.  I don't see any other way how he can sue those two S.F. Chronicle reporters.
