For all those who drafted him high, some in the 1st round, I'll say it again -  he's no Johann Santana!  He's still going to be a good pitcher, but his BB rate is much higher than Santana's and his K rate is much lower than Johann's.

The next Johann Santana could be his own teammate, Francisco Liriano, who was just promoted to the starting rotation.  What were the Twinkies waiting for?  Their poor fans were tired of wearing helmets watching Silva get bombed over and over again!
