From what I saw at the game, Hermida's a dick. He's been slacking on easy pop ups in right field, shrugging off signs to take a pitch on a 3-0 count, and now he's talking shit to single A guys. C'mon Jeremy, you've been in the Bigs for a whole 2 months, you're not that big time.
