MLB has announced plans with UCLA to finance a three-year, $500K project to develop a urine test for human growth hormone (HGH)

     Good move, considering the latest controversy surrounding Jason Grimsley.  Without a urine test for HGH, there could very well be several players using this substance right now.  Thanks to George Mitchell and the investigators, baseball is finally getting the steroid and HGH issues under control.
