Boston's Manny Ramirez will not play in Tuesday's All-Star game due to a sore right knee

     The best person to fill his spot would be Travis Hafner, who hit another two homers last night.  I don't understand why Guillen hasn't picked him.  But, Ozzie said earlier this week that if anybody on the squad gets injured, he would likely choose Magglio Ordonez as a replacement.
