Newcomer Toby Hall is already requesting a trade out of L.A. because of a lack of playing time

     After being the #1 catcher for his team for the past 3-4 seasons, you can't blame the guy for being a little disgruntled.  But, then again, the Dodgers have a hot rookie in Russell Martin and Hall's offense, though at times solid, is often shaky and unpredictable.
