Livan Hernandez is traded by the Nats to the D-Backs for two minor league pitchers

     Good move by the D-Backs, as they needed another quality hurler in their rotation.  The N.L. West is going to look interesting down the stretch.  Other than Colorado, this could be anybody's division.
