Manager John Gibbons, who recently challenged Shea Hillenbrand to a fist fight, had a physical altercation with pitcher Ted Lilly near the Jays dugout

     Gibbons is obviously underachieving as a manager and the fact that he challenges a player to a fist fight and then gives one of his pitchers a bloody nose demonstrates how this guy is not mature enough to head a team.  It looks like Shea Hillenbrand was right----- "THE SHIP IS SINKING", at least in Blue Jay Land.
