Starting next season, Angel season ticket holders can no longer resell tickets to more than 20 games and must limit the resale price to three times face value

     Could this have something to do with many former Dodger Refugees hopping off the Angel bandwagon, who prefer at this point to make a profit on Angel tickets rather than attending games?  With many Angel season ticket holders selling off the rest of their season tickets, this could be a strong possibility.
