Jonny Gomes' ailing right shoulder, which has hampered his playing ability will require surgery

     After hitting 20+ homers in only 300-at-bats last season, I thought this would be Gomes' breakout year, so I rated Jonny very high and drafted him in baseballmanager.com's Baseball Geeks league.  By next spring, he should be back to his old form, if not better than it.
