Accused stalker ordered to stay away from Bob Uecker for 4 years

This one has me scratching my head.  Uecker calls a great game.  He is a funny guy.  He was great in Major League and Mr. Belvedere.



But, of all celebrities out there, this guy decides to stalk Bob?
