Alfonso Soriano turned down a 5-year, $70 million offer from the Nats

     After all the hoopla during spring training, it would be best for the Nats and Soriano to part ways.  It's been obvious that Soriano has wanted to stay at second base all along.  With A-Sor's market value right now, Washington could make a decent trade out of this one; A-Rod, perhaps?...
