I have him 7th using last year stats:

Beltran, Carlos CF NYM
Dye, Jermaine RF CHW

Crawford, Carl LF TB 

Again, this is because 58 SB is like hitting 116 HR in the world of fantasy baseball.

I just checked ESPN, there end of season ranking had him 7th as well.
