I reluctantly vote "In". Innocent until proven guilty, but I cannot  shake that government hearing out of my mind where he all of sudden needed a translator. Remember that folks? Plus, I don't think he gets in if McGwire doesn't. Maybe I feel this way because I used to love watching Sosa in the 90s when he played for the Cubs and I feel betrayed. His numbers are there and he was one of the best of his era. "In".
