Umpire Kerwin Danley is released from hospital after being hit in the jaw by a Brad Penny 96 mph fastball

     It's good to see that Mr. Danley's condition has improved.  The MLB brass should look into better protection gear for umpires and players.  NASCAR has actually done a good job of this in recent years after the Earnhardt Sr. tragedy.
