Now, it gets stupid for him.  He needs to drop the lawsuit and go hide somewhere.

When McCReady was asked about reports of their affair (which obviously included those claims that they were involved when she was 15), is Clemens going to now pull the "misremembered" card like he did with Pettitte?

Or, maybe a different card.
