Here's the latest "MLB POWER RANKINGS"---- Red Sox take #1 after perfect week

     With the Rays at #4 and the Yankees at #22, here's proof that $$$ doesn't always produce credible results.  However, I still feel the salary cap is necessary because Tampa won't afford to keep up-and-coming talent like BJ Upton in the next few years.
