Griffey Jr. is considering whether he should waive no-trade clause to sign with a contender----- The Tampa Bay Rays

    A year ago, people would've laughed at this kind of scenario.  It's nice to see a small-market team like the Rays being contenders, but I'm not sure it will last long without a salary cap.
