Julio Castillo, a Peoria Chiefs pitcher, is arrested and charged with a felony after throwing a ball in the stands and seriously injuring a fan during a brawl with the Dayton Dragons

    I'm glad Castillo is charged with a felony, which is exactly the way it should be.  I hope he doesn't get off as easily as Jose Offerman did last year.
