Brad Ziegler's record scoreless inning streak for a rookie ends at 39 1/3

    In some ways, it's probably tougher for a reliever to have so many scoreless innings since it's done over a longer period of time.  Personally, this is the first time I've ever heard about a relief pitcher going over 30 scoreless innings.  If somebody is ever going to break Hershiser's record, it's more likely to be a starter.
