Ichiro sets MLB record for most hits by a player in his first four seasons

I suppose that there are asterisk naysayers out there, as this was hardly a "first four seasons" situation with Ichiro's baseball experience in Japan.



Nonetheless, kudos to Ichiro for giving substantial (and deserving) credibility to the Japanese leagues.



/looking forward to the "real" World Series some time in 2015
