Federal prosecutors name their star witness in the case against Bonds----  Bobby Estalella, a backup catcher with the Giants for a year and a half

   Estalella, whom I barely remember, admits that he took the juice himself.  Steroids definitely enhances the performance of great players, but doesn't do much for marginal ones (i.e. Estalella, Tim Laker, Fernando Vina).
