Canseco says there's a 90% chance that Manny used steroids

    Everyone outed by Canseco (i.e. McGwire, Palmeiro, Tejada, Clemens, A-Rod, etc.) has turned out to be steroid abusers in the past.  Say what you want about the guy, but baseball has been cleaning up its act since the very beginning of Canseco's revelations.  Stay tuned for the next episode in the Manny saga.
