Rafael Palmeiro says a teammate or someone else  "contaminated" his B-12 vitamins with steroids

     Come on, Raffy..  The game was up a long time ago.  I lost quite a bit of respect for Manny a few months ago, but at least he fessed up and took responsibility for what he did, unlike Palmeiro, Bonds, McGwire, etc.



    As I recall, Palmeiro once stated that Miguel Tejada (another confirmed roider) gave him B-12 vitamins....
