Court case in Aruba prevents Sidney Ponson from making first start

He is facing criminal charges from hitting an Aruban Judge on the beach (nice job, Sid... of all people to sock).



Apparently, the criminal charge looks resolved outside of court...



Last thing is that Ponson must settle with the guy he hit, which I suppose means a monetary settlement.



In the meantime, Ponson's U.S. work visa is at risk, and he's a question mark for now.
