You have to laugh at this one a bit.  Baseball is trying to get Congress to agree to letting OTHER players testify.

I can picture it.

"Ladies and Gentleman of Congress, may we present: Michael Barrett, Craig Counsell, Cesar Izturis, and an assortment of other ballplayers barely weighing over a buck fifty."
