What Monroe does do is hit right-handed pitchers well.  Of his 14 RBI this season 13 of them have come against right-handers.  Also all of his HRs have been against right-handed pitchers.  I didn't find a pattern for Monroe with bases loaded, runners on third, but I did notice 8 of his RBIs came with one out and four with two outs.  It could be he does a good job of hitting sac flies.
