Down on Depodesta

It amazes me how much negativity there is out there about Depodesta and the Dodgers.

Last year, Depodesta's first season, the Dodgers won a playoff game for the first time in 16 years.  They won the division for the first time since 1995.

How about you critics wait until at least August before you bag on the team this year?

Personally, I don't expect the Dodgers to beat out the Padres this year, but it wouldn't be some major surprise if they did... at least, not like the surprise of last year.

I will give Depodesta the benefit of the doubt until he proves otherwise.  He made me eat my shoe last year.  It tasted awful.
