Hi BB:

You need a graphics program.  Even Windows Paint will do.  Save your file as a JPEG or GIF file.  Then, you need a place to upload it.

Wherever you put it, you then insert that link into your "Edit Blog" page.  Save the results, and your picture will appear.

Use <b><i><a href="http://imageshack.us" target="_blank">imageshack.us</a></b></i> if you don't have a place to host your graphic.
