I think WAR is one of the more accurate stats in terms of the value that a player has to his team on the field. Not surprised that Votto in number one so far in terms of 1B, the guy is a monster and although maybe he hasn't gotten a ton of RBI chances (guys just aren't getting on in front of him). Doesn't hurt that I'm a Reds fan, so I always like to see my boys up to there. He's 3rd overall, too, behind Holliday and Bautista. I still think he will get better...scary huh?
